Login Without Username and Password
You received an email and/or a text message from your clinic to register your account. If you have already registered and created a username and password, you can click the link in your email or text again and it will take you to the following screen. Click the OK button and you will then be taken to the My Assessments page of your existing account.
If you no longer have the email or text message you were initially sent, you can still log in with the username and password you created at registration by going to: https://clinicomapi.com. This will take you to the login page where you will enter your username and password you created earlier.
Forgot Username or Password
If you have forgotten your username or password, go to https://clinicomapi.com. Click on the “Forgot username or password?” link.
You will then be asked to put in the email address or phone number you used when you initially registered. An email or text message will be sent to you with a username reminder and a link for you to use to reset your password.
