Pending Invites

Once an invite has been sent, you can check the status of the invite. There is a Pending After sending an invitation, you can easily track its status. Simply navigate to the Pending Invites section where you'll find detailed information about each invite. From there, you have the flexibility to delete or resend invitations as needed.

Once a patient completes their registration, the status will be automatically updated. As they finish the assessment, any pending invites associated with them will vanish.

Please note: If a patient registers using a different email address than the one you originally sent the invite to, the status will remain unchanged. In such cases, you'll need to manually delete the invite after confirming their registration.

To check Pending Invites:

Step 1 - Visit the My Clinic page, if you're not already there.

Step 2 - Navigate to the Pending Invites option located within the "My Patients" section of the My Clinic page.
